By using the UValues Savings app, website, or coupon magazine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Offers and coupons

Offers and coupons are provided by participating local businesses in Towson and Salisbury, Maryland. Each business sets its own terms, expiration dates, and restrictions, and may change or withdraw an offer at any time. UValues does not guarantee that any offer will be available or honored, and is not the seller of the goods or services advertised.

Coupons are generally valid for one use per visit, cannot be combined with other offers unless the business says otherwise, and have no cash value.

Using the app

The app is free and requires no account. You agree not to misuse it — including copying, altering, or reselling coupons, attempting to redeem an offer fraudulently, or interfering with the app's operation.

Advertising

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the offers, artwork, and claims they submit for the app and magazine, and for honoring published offers. Placement and publication dates are confirmed in writing before an issue goes to print.

Content ownership

The UValues name, logo, app, and magazine layouts belong to UValues Savings. Business names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The app, website, and magazine are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Any dispute over a purchase, redemption, or service quality is between you and the participating business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UValues Savings is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, website, or any offer.
